The bed was comfortable and basic requirements were taken care of. the room had nice details such as a dental set, comb, and coffee with creamer. the location was key, close to a market and restaurants.
No hot water, limited Wi-Fi availability with poor connection, and bad pillows. the staff's behavior, especially the receptionist and room boy, was unacceptable.

The hotel had an ideal location, near the Corniche, malls, and supermarket. The room was of high standard with a comfortable bed, high-quality bedding, and a lovely thick carpet. The bathroom was exceptional with a walk-in shower that had a 'rain' head, and good quality towels were provided. The staff was friendly, and the lobby had amazing coffee.
The accessibility of internet signals to some rooms was not good.
